Ensminger is OC. Whomever they hire will have to mesh with him which includes his (Brady's) scheme. Maybe they put some more wrinkles in to the playbook with Waldron's plays but I don't see them hiring anyone who is requiring that they remove our current offensive playbook and replace it with theirs.

Both the Saints and Rams offenses are based on West Coast principles. Same terminology same route trees. Both Payton and McVay added their own wrinkles to it but same principles.

Not as much as the shift in LSU's offense from 2018-2019. They did 'okay' with the new scheme.
