I'm surprised,too.
Former employers,(never been government) I was paying up to $300/month for family plan.
On this one, which is a family plan, too, I'll pay $30/ co-pays, it covers most procedures, but the family deductable is a thousand or so. I'm as satisfied as I can be in 2020.
