And yet the NCAA, better yet Yahoo Sports, destoyed our season last year for nothing! LSU shouldve been in the Final Four last year. We might be Sweet 16 bound this year if we can't hit 3's more consistently.

I get it. There's always going to be that "what if" factor associated with the run because Wade wasn't there. But LSU got as far that they probably "should" have. Michigan St. was simply just a better team in all aspects. They were more efficient on offense and significantly more efficient on defense. Would the game have been closer if Wade was there? Maybe. But Michigan St. didn't make it to the Final Four by accident.
I thought the suspension of Wade was completely unnecessary. But it didn't curtail LSU from likely reaching their ceiling last year.
