SIAP Emery had a successful eye surgery

Emery, LSU’s five-star freshman running back, was diagnosed as legally blind in one eye early in his high school career, his father John Emery Sr. said. But he kept playing. They found short-term fixes, like wearing a special contact in one eye. He became the No. 1 running back in the country despite limited vision.
That was until last week, when he called his father post-surgery.

At least he did it before he dropped a crucial 3rd and 7 play against Alabama and then transfer to SMU then go on to NFL career.

all he had done was Lasik, it wasn't like he underwent some intensive eye surgery
