It's riddled with flaws. There's no reason to include a plantation that's not in New Orleans in a list of the NO's top museums. Especially since some of our most fascinating & unique museums have been omitted. For example the Pharmacy Museum at 514 Royal St in the Quarter, and the Backstreet Cultural Museum (1116 Henriette Delille Street in Treme, but only a block outside the Quarter). I seriously doubt TulaneLSU has visited either one.
