Wade processed the players he didn't feel fit his mold. Unfortunately, Brandon Rachal was one of those to go. Glad to see him doing well elsewhere. Could have been a multitude of things that Wade didn't like with Brandon (work ethic, attitude, off the court trouble, team player...etc.).

He would fit in well on this team too. Remember him rebounding well and he hit FTs now.

I don’t think it was Wade’s choice. At the end of that year, Wade was clearly frustrated in interviews when he was asked. I think it was another compliance BS issue.
