now all sorts of attorneys wear comfortable, non-dress shoes to court. especially if it's some silly procedural thing like an arraignment

If you watched any of the talking heads during the lead up to the national championship you would notice they are all wearing casual shoes with their suits.

I have an old frat bro that practices in your circle, if you don't know him personally I'll bet you know who he is, he is the Oscar Madison of attorneys when it comes to his courtroom attire, he complies, but will never make the cover of the GQ men of the ABA edition

Wearing these now...and have for about 2 years. Have several different variations...they are the truth.
