I don't think they really care about his "rhythm" right now. They just want to get him in for short bursts of action to get him acclimated to playing again. This is basically his final form of rehab

If that's the case, then it's hurting the team. Which is way worse imo
Just let him get acclimated in 5-on-5 if that's whats going on.
