The 4 minute bursts thing doesn’t work with him as a starter imo.
Bring him off the bench but have him playing at times with various starters. Integrate him in.
When he can play 25+ then get him in the starting lineup.

I don't think it works period. That restriction, especially when you know it's coming, makes it impossible to get into a rhythm.
Lol, like he practically cant even get to the first TV timeout.
