Could see giving up a lottery protected 1st and Miller for Covington, but would pass on the proposed Nuggets trade. Beasley is a nice piece, but up for a contract and has turned down a pretty good contract already.

Yeah, any Jrue trade right now (as opposed to the offseason) needs to be a significant overpay. And the Denver trade isn't.
