I think the tweet is what’s causing the ambiguity here. She says that tradwives are all neo nazis, which is obviously absurd.
To some degree, most SAHM’s have traditional views of their roles. The OP probably could have been more precise, but it’s not even in the same league of ridiculous as the tweet.

Actually, in the tweet OP posted, she refers to them as white supremacist women. We can argue semantics, but she didn't use nazi in that tweet.
