Tom Yum soup at Lotus of Siam in Las Vegas. I got spice level 7 (1-10 scale). They warned me how hot it would be, but I'm thinking, "Eh, I'm from south Louisiana, I love hot food." And my wife kept telling me to get a lower spice level. So it comes out and I'm eating it - holy shite, it was like pouring molten lava into my mouth and down my throat. My entire body was burning from the inside out. I'm pouring down sweat, my face is beet red, but I refuse to admit to my wife that it was too hot for me, so I kept eating it and telling her I was fine and that it wasn't too spicy. IT WAS WAY TOO frickING SPICY!!!!
