This is referred to as a disclaimer... Auditors do the same thing.. They all say.. "we did not find anything but that does not mean there isn't something..."

Lets say it this way... If after all the man hours, interviews and money spent investigating Trump.. If trump did do something wrong and you did not find it, then either Mueller and his team are completely incompetent or Mueller and his team are covering it up...

So which do you think is more likely... Mueller did not find anything because there is nothing to find... or Mueller and crew are incompetent/complicit... ??
