I’ve said it before, Brennan will have more lethal play makers around him than Burrow. Where we’ll see a drop off will be on deep balls and the scramble plays. Burrow made ridiculous plays by moving in the pocket and/or scrambling to beat the rush and push the ball down field. It’s not an easy skill to learn. With a rebuilding O Line, that’s the only part that makes me a little nervous. Now, we’ll still be a top 10 offense either way, just may not be as explosive because of it.

Burrow made so many plays on his feet, avoided sacks and then completed passes... this is not very coachable. Brennan will get sacked 70% of those plays next year unless he can be mobile or knows where his dump off guy is.
Burrow was simply incredibly aware in the pocket. Brennan will prove that next year when the sacks start racking up.
Without burrow making special plays, as great as this team was, LSU loses 3 games this past year.
