Replacing a toilet isn't hard. What some people forget to do is take into account how much space they have from the tank to the wall or the bowl to the wall in the back and remember to include the quarter round/moulding into account. I helped a guy one time who forgot to measure that. So he had to remove the quarter round and a section of the molding so it would fit right.

True. Some even think they can re-use the old wax seal instead of always going with a new one, then wonder why the toilet is leaking onto the floor. lol
