Yea as weird as it sounds since we gave up 600 yards and 42 points, and could have been more if y’all weren’t ready to celebrate and run out the clock. Don’t really blame the defense. Had you told me before the game we’d hold y’all to 8 punts and 4-14 on 3rd down I would have thought we’d won.
But when we go 1-11 on 3rd and can’t sustain drives really have no chance giving y’all O that many opportunities. This is the first game in a really long time I don’t think our coaches gave us the best chance to win. Trevor was off for whatever reason but we kept forcing it. Should have tried to slow the game down after going up 17-7 and run the ball. Our O could have been our best D.
Once y’all got on a roll it was a complete mismatch yalls O vs our D.

I am going to say something that you will not like, but if Etienne could have done anything after Queen started mirroring him you all would have won.
Your fanbase is running around talking about needing to get him the ball more, but he was shut down. Should have decoyed him and used more misdirection, but your staff panicked.
You players were not good enough to get off press consistently. That is also something that was terrible, and Lawrence is just not accurate enough to throw to tight windows.
