Yes, concussion is a mild TBI. Any symptoms would show up immediately and not days later though if there was true damage to the brain. And those symptoms would typically resolve in 7-10 days with no lasting impact unless there were additional injuries during the recovery period.

"Traumatic brain injury" can be anything from concussion to having the side of your head caved in.
