Both Blazers and Spurs lost tonight. Suns play Celtics tomorrow so that’s probably a loss for them. Spurs play back to back against the heat and suns Sun and mon.

Realistically, if we go 2-1 between Clips, Grizz, and Spurs, we COULD be on the outside looking in at 9 yeah?

I know it’s a tall order, Grizz with Morant have been goood ( 7 game streak) but if Jrue and JJ come back, THEN Zion, we stacked. Association Fuucked.

ETA: forgot that the Blazers have a couple winnable games between Golden State and OKC so maybe 6th worst in the conference is more realistic.

And the Wolves and the Thunder lost, which also help. The Grizz beating the Cavs was the only bad game of the five games today affecting the playoff race in the West. Our playoff odds, according to 538, are now up to 50%. And, as I have pointed out, 538's computer is not giving us much of a boost for Zion, because their computer doesn't rate people according to the preseason -- it assumes that rookies are going to struggle to adapt. If they rated Zion by the preseason, we'd be much higher.

10 seed more realistic.

Stiles,

Lets use 10th position or 10th place or just 10th to indicate 10th.

Seeding the playoff tournament only applies to the top 8.
The others are in the lottery.
