Interesting. So someone that drones on an on without actually adding any pertinent or worthwhile information would be a circumlocutor.
Elocution is using words skillfully and with purpose. Someone who does this would be an elocutor. that person is eloquent , whereas someone who circumlocutes would be circumloquacious.
So someone that, say, would post paragraph after paragraph of pablum without presenting a pertinent point could be called a sad sack of circumloquacious shite, sitting silently, shut in and spurned by society.
