Current MSY weather report says the CAT II/III low visibility approaches are not available for some reason. Airlines not going to be able to get in until the visibility gets up to 1/2 mile

Nat'l Weather Service just issued a Dense Fog Advisory until 3pm with another going into effect at 6pm until morning.
