Is there insulation behind the rock? If so, it may have paper facing that will feed the mold growth. Either way, the sheetrock has paper facing as well, so depending on the amount of mold and how much water there was, you might want to just cut out that piece of wall and make sure it dries out. It’ll be an easy fix later.
Bleach is not an effective mold killer. Vinegar works and so does the stuff you can buy at Home Depot/Lowe’s. Just follow the directions on the bottle. Same for the ceiling. Treat the area and confirm you kill the mold, then repair the area. BIN primer is really good for covering And sealing water spots. It’s a shellac based primer so it’ll stick to anything. You can prime with a thicker primer and paint after that.
