I have some friends selling their house in the other neighborhood that connects. They haven’t had any issues with street parking or crime.

It’s mainly just rental/investment houses and starter homes. So turnover, especially at that price point, is common.

Younger people more likely to move, investors looking to change homes in their portfolio, etc.
