Missouri State fires Steck FINALLY

So it’s the worst job in the best conference right now. It has potential as we got it going
The former players want one of their own back
RB Coach at Texas Tech who has coached multiple All Americans
OL Coach who was OC at North Carolina and Alabama St as well OL coach at other places
Army QB coach who was a former OC at SMS
DC at Mississippi College
So it’s time to watch the admin screw it up and hire a person that won’t get it done and doesn’t understand the history

Yeah they have all been part of winning programs.
All the guys mentioned in OP were also part of Championships at SMS as well and alums.
As far as potential, SMS has the facilities and the town to make it work, we made it work. You have to recruit an area from KC to ESL northern border; Tulsa to Dallas western edge; Memphis is not a good area to recruit as there is too many schools in there to get into. Get into Kansas and Arizona Jucos. The recently fired staff completely failed to get locals (actually ignored them) and tried to stay in Florida and Houston.

they need to go to the hs ranks. get robert steeples from de smet jesuit and try to open up st louis area to recruiting

We were better cheaters than he is. I mean we at least knew how to hide honor code violators until after the first week of the season.
