I went last year. Was one of the better trips I've made, except for the game sucked.
Flew in on Thursday, Spent most of the day in Bentonville/Rogers, I would do that if you like breweries. Highlights of the trip were on Friday. We went hiking at Devil's Den that AM that was really cool. Then Friday night we went to this place Herman's Ribhouse had drinks on their patio until our table was ready, sat right next to Chris Blair and Michael Cauble. Had a fantastic steak there... Prior to tailgating, and after the game, the place to be is absolutely Dickson St. We got Brunch and Bloody Mary's at JJ's Grill before tailgating. After the game we went back out for drinks, even got late-night Taco Bell, and their Taco Bell served beer. Couldn't not get one.

I was at last year's game also. The reason it sucked was it was cold as shite. Game will be in October instead of November so you may not freeze to death.
Bentonville is the place to stay. There's a fabulous museum, a Frank Lloyd Wright house and other attractions, including some microbrews to be consumed.
