If he somehow magically runs a 4.3 it very well could happen but if he doesn’t 2-3rd round

Barring some sort of miracle like you said, he's not running 4.3. We have seen him on breakaway plays and he just doesn't have that top speed. Extremely agile and quick, but he doesn't have Fournette's speed in the open field despite being a good 20 pounds lighter. Fournette ran a 4.5, which I thought was a bit strange considering the way he ran at LSU when he was wide open. I would expect CEH to clock in around there, maybe a little slower.

I get what you're saying but I think the difference in our offensive scheme has alot to do with this. When Fournette was here the box was stacked and it was still run up the middle or off tackle majority of the time. Fournette had the size and skills to get through and break a couple tackles and once he did that it was one man to beat. Usually that guy wasn't directly out and front and if they were they were 5 yards in front of him and not downfield. Like you said his speed allowed him to break away but more importantly he was very good at forcing the defense to take brutal angles.
This year with our current offensive there are more defensive players down field CEH's quickness, speed, and ability to make a guy multiple guys miss allowed him to get 5-10 additional yards than most backs would but those shifty moves also allow the additional guys in coverage downfield to close in and get better angles.
