Cutting the cord. How many GB of data?

If I cut the cord, how much data per month would be needed to stream YouTube TV or Hulu? I’m single and live alone so only one device at a time. I work Mon-Fri so say a couple hours of streaming at night and then pretty heavy steaming on the weekend, especially during football season. 10 GB? 30 or 50 GB? More? Also would 25 mbps be fast enough to stream football without buffering and stuff? Thanks for the advice.

My guess would be over 50
And yes 25 should be plenty.

Netflix HD is 2-4GB an hour...
I would think 500GB is more realistic

I’ve got 3 kids but we consistently blow through 1TB a month. It costs me a few bucks every time we go over but I’m still far ahead since I’m not paying for cable and cable boxes.

We have a family of 3 and usually are around 500-700 GBs. We've only exceeded 1TB once and it was when my wife was home for 8-10 days with the flu.

I switched to Comcast business for unlimited use. Family of four with lots of streaming and we regularly go over 1TB.

I had a 50 gb plan at the camp and upgraded to 300 for football season. One HD football game eats from 25 to 30 gb. I'm only there 6-10 days a month.

I agree with everybody else. We are family of 4, but only streaming on 1 device usually, and mostly nights and weekends. We regularly but 500-600.
As far as speed, we had 25 for a long time and it was just fine. I think Netflix recommends 10-15 for their stream. We have 100 now, but that's only because Comcast has upgraded their minimum speeds in my area over the years.
