ULM isn’t very good, but they are still FBS and would beat Nicholls and Southeastern. Other than that I agree with your list.

I like how you have McNeese below 2 teams they beat this year...shite ranking.
I could see SELA above them, but Southern? Really? Southern has never beaten McNeese.
What are we even ranking this on, because it seems like a bit of recency bias to have Nichols #5.

ULM should be ahead of Nicholls. They had a top 20 offense despite a bottom 5 defense.
