Hmmm. I wonder what is in the judges FBI files?

Kind looks like a guy that would hang out a pizza joints...

Judge recusal is no small thing. I don't mean to say it's uncommon, because it is relatively common, BUT there must be good cause and that good cause has to be set forth in some court filing. Maybe judge will be filing a follow up document containing more specificity. But judges have hound dogs nipping at their heels just like attorneys do with their bar association. They'll pop you good if you give them a reason. And a recusing judge best be prepared to justify recusal to the Arkansas Judicial Discipline Commission. Can't just up and decide you don't want to mess with a particular case for no good reason.

What’s the process after a recusal by the judge? What happens to the case?

He obviously did it on his own Motion. I am sure that Arkansas procedural rules set forth the grounds for this action.

If it's just because the case is too hot, that's not good grounds.

Would get randomly re-allotted by the clerk of court to another judge in the same district. Lol and if the next judge randomly allotted has any reason to recuse, he or she certainly will. None of them want this case.

He gave no explanation as to why. This is almost unheard of in regular practice in family courts. If someone doesn't think there are people or entities who have pressured this judge into doing this, they're crazy. This is what the Deep State looks like.

There ain't no doubt, that recusal comes at a quite unfortunate time given current levels of mistrust in the govt, most especially involving this guy with this last name.

But as far as no reason given, I can see that rule or statute requiring written reasons "within reasonable time" after the official act itself, or maybe even within a specified time period. That could explain the peculiar timing of the official recusal, apparently on New Year's Eve, court probably closing at noon, closed tomorrow too. Extra couple of days to figure it out. Lol hopefully not. Hopefully the written reasons are forthcoming, and if not the chick's attorney should raise some hell about it.

But even with one judge recusing, it's obviously moving forward to another judge, so it's not going to go away. One would assume.

Here's the thing: Hunter Biden has pled poverty, which opens the door up to anyone and everyone from Ukraine with knowledge of Burisma corruption testifying, as it goes directly to the validity of Hunter's income claims. I'm guessing someone in Arkansas with tons of political stroke (cough cough) called in a favor or the judge was blackmailed. Why do you think the NSA collects all of our info?
