I'm 67 and have noticed I can still eat most anything I ever have, just not as much of it.

Some things, like milk, tend to not be good for me, but only at certain times, so I'm not lactose intolerant per se.

Every once in a while when eating fresh smothered greens, it will tear me up and act like a laxative, but not all the time. It really depends on how much of it I eat in one sitting.

Just last week I ate a huge bowl of collards and you'd have thought I was prepping for a colonoscopy the way I had the runs. But if I eat a small portion as a side dish, I'm fine.

It boils down to size of portions for me for the most part.

I’m pushing 70,been lactose intolerant for probably 30 years so I’ve been off dairy quite a few years. No foods upset my stomach but issue I have is a full meal in evening I don’t sleep well.No indigestion ,diarrhea or anything like that - just don’t sleep well.Toss and turn all night, wake up frequently and feel tired as hell next day.
