That's either a bald-faced lie, or you're terribly misinformed, or both.

Congrats on making up your own facts though.

“The essential characteristics of the American Pit Bull Terrier are strength, confidence, and zest for life. This breed is eager to please and brimming over with enthusiasm. APBTs make excellent family companions and have always been noted for their love of children. Because most APBTs exhibit some level of [inter]dog aggression and because of its powerful physique, the APBT requires an owner who will carefully socialize and obedience train the dog. The breed’s natural agility makes it one of the most capable canine climbers so good fencing is a must for this breed. The APBT is not the best choice for a guard dog since they are extremely friendly, even with strangers. Aggressive behavior toward humans is uncharacteristic of the breed and highly undesirable. This breed does very well in performance events because of its high level of intelligence and its willingness to work.

You pull a quote from some BS pro-pitbull site? I knew you'd do it!

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the unbiased opinion of pitbullcycling .com/why pitbull?

Who's OPINION is next? Leroy'spitbullpuppymill.com?

Bro, I'm talking chess and you're talking checkers: I'm talking about the genetic breeding and traits that the originators of the pit bull were looking for and bred for- the foundation of the breed's demeanor and for what work it was designed to do- up until this very day .

And it is one: to catch and kill.

I mean this is a screenshot of the opening statement on the page from which the garbage text you quoted came from. Get this trifling chit outta here man. A zest for life? You got that chit right.
