Come on, the discussion was clearly about billionaires. Don’t intentionally conflate that with those who are simply wealthy just to try and backdoor your way into a win.
You’re right that it’s dumb AF to say that billionaires don’t pay any taxes, but it’s also disingenuous AF to suggest that they are paying more than everyone else. Here’s the breakdown for 2018:

i have a feeling that they include growth in stocks as income even though it isnt realized by the person in the form of dividends or sales.
