Thailand has pretty good healthcare. Not too far form the US in world rankings and Singapore is in the top 10.

If some 60-70 year old dude would rather get some herp knee deep in the local talent, well, so the hell what.
As many have said, I can visit So Cal and prob catch the same shite and be put behind illegals for care.

World rankings measure healthcare "equity" more than quality.
