Unfortunately and tragically for Russia, he was one of the weakest monarchs ever who absolutely did not want to reign. And whose emotionally unstable wife fell under Rasputin's control while trying to cope with their only son's hemophilia. Tragic history that altered the course of the world!

I mean this is true but all the other Romanovs by that point were weak too
