That’s why I figured I’d just make a sauce with them. I had so many I didn’t know what to do with them, so I stuck a bunch in the freezer. That’s what I do with the cayenne peppers until I have enough to make hot sauce.
ETA: the hot sauce last night came out great. Got some heat, but good flavor. I don’t remember who it was that posted the recipe, but I took a screen shot of it and saved it. If anyone wants me to post it, let me know. Good stuff!
