The first major rebellion in Th is country was over high taxes on whiskey.

Do you think putting high taxes on armed individuals is going to end well?

The gun owners in California are complaining about the new restrictions there but that’s about all they’re doing and law enforcement is on the State’s side.

Maybe Virginia will be different.

It’ll end exactly like it did when Reagan banned the production of new automatics, effectively pricing out all but the wealthy from ownership. Or when Congress passed the NFA, making suppressors, SBRs, machine guns, etc. unaffordable for the masses.

In other words, people will roll over and justify being happy with their revolver and hunting rifles. Until, of course, the day comes when those are taxed out of existence too.
