Not sure about your first sentence (ND @ UGA 2019) but yes, why would UT @ LSU be anything different than the last game, primetime?

Depends on if CBS wants to use that for their prime time game or LSU-Bama or if there is another good SEC game that week and they pass

CBS gets one doubleheader a year to have a 2:30 game and a primetime game. They used it on ND-UGA this year because they had another good game for the 2:30 slot (Florida-Auburn iirc). But next year for the Texas-LSU game I don’t think there’s any other SEC games worth a shite in week 2, so CBS would have to burn their doubleheader with a shitty game in 2:30 slot to get UT-LSU in primetime. I can see CBS going back to saving the doubleheader for week of LSU-Bama next year
