Correct. No one should us tobacco anymore. You drew that conclusion on your own and so have I independently. It's not the government's job or place to make that conclusion for us.

No... I use tobacco, but unfortunately nicotine is the most addictive chemical on the planet, and it's being sold to kids.

When the government is paying for the health effects that tobacco and alcohol consumption causes, I think it should have a say in what is consumed.

There is no reason the govt should sit ildly by and watch Medicaid-recipients engage in eating habits that vastly increase risk of diabetes, heart disease, and cancer
