I agree. But as a caveat to that, I (the taxpayers) shouldn't have to pay for the consequneces of those poor decisions, i.e. healthcare costs for conditions related to tobacco use. You want to smoke? Fine by me. But pay for your own lung cancer treatment. You like Skoal? Who am I to tell you not to dip. But pay for your own jaw removal
