While my wife (no pics) was making dinner tonight she had the tv on ABC and they were showing the Impeachment Debate in the House prior to the vote. Then they went split screen and were showing scenes from Trumps rally and the debate. Then it went to a CNN panel talking about Peach Mints and CNN scrawl (no ABC identification). I checked the channel and we were still on ABC but CNN was on. Did anyone else experience this? Are they owned by the same Disney Company?

Just seemed strange for CNN to overtake my ABC channel.

ABC is owned by Disney. AT&T owns CNN.

I know at one time, CNN had “local affiliates.”

I remember the Dallas/FW ABC station pre-empted ABC coverage in favor of CNN coverage when the Gulf War started (it was better).

But that’s been a long time ago.

You can use the drop-down menu to see if your station is a CNN local affiliate. I assume you are in the South.

No but when Jim Jordan was grilling Mueller this past summer over Joe Misfud and I think Mueller seriously shite his pants, like literally in his seat, ABC ran a scrawl saying that Misfud was a former Trump Campaign adviser.
