That actually may be true. I just remember going into the game OU and LSU were #1 and #2, after the game LSU was #1 and OU was #2.

If I'm not mistaken, he said that at halftime, so he may well have been wrong at that point in time.

White sucked that game.

I remember seeing him walking around campus after the Sugar Bowl and he had looked like someone beat the hell out of him...

LSU was the number 1 scoring defense and Oklahoma was number 1 in total defense. At halftime he was asked how tough is it going up against the number 1 defense and that’s when he said we’re number 1 in total defense blah blah. But that could be true about him being wrong at that point in the game. Idk about that?
