I don't know too much about food pantries, but does all this money go towards food or does it go towards giving shelter/providing clothes, blankets, jackets etc?
It's a lot of money coming in and it might go higher since it's becoming national news. So I was wondering if it goes towards other things also

Food. They purchase food at a discount from their regional food bank and pack boxes for elderly, disabled and identified poor people who are determined to have food insecurity. According to its information, it is a completely volunteer operation, no one is paid, and they send out boxes of food to a little more than 3,000 families in that county. They estimate that the cost for each meal is around $0.50. Of course the true numbers are times three meals a day times each person. Yesterday and today could sustain this operation for two or three years.
It wouldn't be outside of the 501(c)(3) mission of this food pantry if they decided to make donations to other non-profit entities which provide similar assistance.
And by the way, the pace of donations continues to accelerate. The pace of donations since 6:00 a.m. today is $263.15 a minute.

If it's anything like Goodwill, it all goes to the CEOs (Not Coach Ed Orgeron). It's NOT like GW by the way.
But I just perused their facebook page, it kind of seems like just food. Maybe there are other organizations around Athens (and Baton Rouge) that you can donate to that provide clothing.
