Using an armed militia in order to enforce gun control. You couldn't make this stuff up.
How is this legal? How can Virginia override the 2nd Amendment? I haven't been following this, but looks like somebody would challenge whatever Virginia is trying to do in the courts.

This is the least meaningful question in the thread.
When the government has decided it is within their discretion to remove constitutional rights by force, the question of legality is meaningless.

Virginians are now forming WELL-ARMED militias to protect their 2A rights. An overwhelming number of Virginia counties just passed ordinances and resolutions designating their counties as 2A sanctuary areas- free from gun-control/confiscation efforts of their state democrat politicians. Sheriffs in these counties are threatening to deputize EVERY CITIZEN within their respective counties, conferring legal authority to use force in defense of their rights.
