The subway ones are the worst. People in the platform throw their trash right on those tracks and those rats get a constant stream of free meals.

I've seen them run across the floor at a more low-key, well known French Quarter eatery (not Galatoires). (Hint) I always wondered if that was real "rabbit" in my jambalaya.
