Should I wait another week to get Peach Bowl tickets off of a third party site in hopes that the prices will be lowered or are they pretty much going to be the same til the week of?

I am waiting until after the 19th. I saw somewhere that is when the Peach Bowl will release tickets on the app. Plus, in the past I have had good luck night before and morning of the game.

I posted a link on the ticket exchange. OU is realeasing the remainder of their allotment to the public. Face value.

I’m waiting. There are some tix in like row 24 in one of the 300 sections for over $900 each right now.

Absolutely wait. There are so many tickets available right now and the majority of them aren’t going anywhere. They will come down.

Yes. Tickets will come down a lot. Many of our LSU scalper turds aren’t going to make near what they were hoping for

The demand for *good* seats is extremely high.

will this be the same scenario for the ship in nola?
will some others that have tix or rights to them from other schools give theirs up? How does that work? I realize they lose reserve $$ but just wondering.

Would this be a good strategy for NC as well?

I think that would depend on who plays. LSU fans will be here in droves.

Clemson being closer than tOSU might bring a lot more people than tOSU.

It's hard to say if waiting would be a good idea for the NC. It's a whole different beast with a lot more tickets going to sponsors and such.

Damn that’s ridiculous. I almost pulled the trigger on 4 in section 316 together for $930 total earlier today.

Almost certainly not.

Most LSU and OU fans have already decided whether or not they plan to attend the Peach Bowl, and that number isn't going to change much in response to ticket prices (since ticket prices are a relatively small part of the total costs involved).

On the other hand, you've got a much larger number of LSU fans that already plan to attend the Championship Game, along with potentially hundreds of thousands of fans within easy driving distance that aren't set on going to the game but would do so if they could find a reasonably priced ticket. The floor on ticket prices before they start getting scooped up by LSU fans undecided about attending is significantly higher than for the Peach Bowl.

I'd love to attend the game in NOLA, but the cost and the fact that it's on a Monday night will likely keep me away. I knew that I wanted to attend the SECCG and the CFP semifinal game if we ended up in Atlanta.
