I had to go for my wife this week and I was hacked off at the lack of service. They had 2 people working with 8 people in line waiting. One worker left the front area and walked to the back and sat down with a drink and snack for a break with 8 people in line. It took about 30 minutes to wait on us all. and she sat down visable to us in the back ignoring the need for service at the front counter. It was 4:30 and they close at 5:00. A break was more important than service 30 minutes before they closed here at Christmas time. Gov't workers.

Laws on Fed Employee Hours and Mandatory Breaks as well as Union Rules and stuff. Doesn't matter if the building is on fire during an armed robbery, break time is break time!
