I guess this guy doesn't realize that the main contributors haven't performed at the level that Wade thinks they should. They need the minutes and the in game coaching in order to improve as much as possible with conference play right around the corner.

I agree. Wade is trying to get these guys to play for championship trophies , not participation trophies.
