Finally, someone with common sense.

I've always gotten the feeling Aranda wasn't maximizing his personnel at LSU. Good, but not great and not as good as it could be.

Lots of people move in the 4th or 5th year at hundreds of thousands of positions across all business sectors. That's about the time they realize that the company is wise to that employee's ceiling and so they bail before it becomes obvious. Not saying Aranda has hit his ceiling, but...

... what if he has? Third and Chavis aside, that man coached some fine defenses. Another year like this and Aranda sets a bad trend.
