Why, there is clauses that can be put in so that it is never sold or developed. If the company wants to get rid of it then it goes back to the state.

Because it’s best kept as is for everybody to use. Because not everybody’s opinion about land and the outdoors isn’t something they watched on buck masters. Nor is it some pie in the sky million dollar hunting property.

I personally hunt a lot of public land and haven’t come across many that I would consider terrible.
