“Drive thru” should be renamed to “Order thru and pull ahead/around”

Even for Taco Bell. We just ordered two Crunchwrap meals and got the “can you please pull around.”

I ordered 25 tacos and a Mexican pizza the other day and didn’t have to pull around

I’ve never pulled around at Taco Bell. They usually make everyone wait behind you with zero fawks given.

So true.. I once had to drive through, pull and wait, then after 15 minutes go back through drive-through to ask what was going on.. “oh, we got rushed and thought we already sent it out to your car... sorry”. *sigh*

The McDonalds on government street is the worst....you always have to drive around and wait for your order it's such poor service....

I’ve had it happen minimal times at Popeyes, but I’m happy to have fresh fried and it’s never been long.

Why not just go inside? It is much faster. I am constantly amazed how people will wait in line ten deep rather than just going inside. Is it just laziness?

You and me both!
I almost never order fajitas because of that.
And when we built our house I got a powerful hood vented to the outside. I don’t want to smell bacon or steak after we’re done.
But I never use the drive thru.
