The “pro style” offense they run makes winning so much harder than it should be in today’s game.

Exactly, until Kirby wises up and moves to a more wide open offense, he's going to keep running into the wall.
He's basically just Bert with far better talent.
Even Saban realized he had to open it up a few years ago. But that's the problem with many defensive minded college coaches with elite talent. T
